2009 Jaguar XK – Gloss Enhancement + Interior Detail

The owner of this Jag XK brought it to me after he realised his car had never had a proper polish since it was new, just regular washes at the local road side car wash, and as such the car was beginning to show its age, a few options were discussed and we settled on a three day Gloss Enhancement detail, the interior would also receive some attention too, typically only a single stage machine polish is carried out removing the worst of the lighter swirl marks, leaving behind the deepest marks, some additional polishing sets were however carried out in areas where leaving some marks behind would have looked too unsightly, the paint on this car was very soft, so I achieved much better results than first expected, the polishing was carried out using both rotary and dual action machines, with Meguiars non diminishing polishes, I’ll begin with the before and after pics, following from my usual wash and decontamination process which was not pictured.
